The good boss
Básculas Blanco, a company producing industrial scales in a city of provinces, awaits the visit of a commission on which depends the obtaining of a local award for Business Excellence: things must be perfect for that moment. However, everything seems to be plotting against it. In the short time available to him, Blanco (Bardem) tries to restore to his company the lost balance: he tries to solve the problems of his employees, crossing all imaginable lines.
